Top 10 Hot & Sexy Victoria's Secret Model

10. MOLLY SIMS

Sims has appeared in SI’s swimsuit issue numerous times, hosted MTV’s House of Style in 2006, and was the face of Old Navy for their “You gotta get this look!” campaign. She also starred in the NBC show Las Vegas.

9. Claudia Schiffer

One of the most famous models ever, Schiffer has appeared on over 500 magazine covers and has pitched a wide variety of products, from Pepsi to Chanel.

8. Angie Everhart

Angie Everhart started life humbly, graduating from Firestone High School in Akron, Ohio where she was a cheerleader and school mascot before being discovered by a local modeling agency. Everhard has appeared in numerous films and reality television shows and has also dated quite a few famous personalities including Howard Stern and Joe Pesci.

7. Marisa Miller

Miller took home the #1 slot on Maxim’s Hot 100 this past year, but she’s best known for her work in SI’s swimsuit issues as well as her Victoria’s Secret campaigns. Quite possibly the most famous working model in the world right now.

6. Bar Refaeli

Refaeli is an Israeli model, probably better known for dating Leonardo DiCaprio. She caused some controversy recently when it came out that she evaded compulsory military service in Israel, saying “Why is it good to die for our country? What, isn’t it better to live in New York?”.
5. Adriana Lima
A Victoria’s Secret angel since 2000, Lima is also well known for being a spokeswoman for Maybelline, as well as her numerous magazine cover appearances.

4. Alessandra Ambrosio

Tyra Banks has anointed Ambrosio “The future of the modeling world” and it’s not too tough to see why. Actually had her ears pinned back when she was 11 years old, and has since sworn off plastic surgery after having numerous complications. Has made cameos on Entourage as well as the film Casino Royale.

3. Gisele Bundchen

The inspiration for this list, Bundchen has been hot tabloid fodder ever since she started dating Tom Brady. She’s the face of more than 20 brands internationally and is supposedly worth over $150 million. Actually dated Leonardo DiCaprio before hooking up with Tom Brady, which means DiCaprio might be the luckiest bastard on the face of the planet considering he landed Bar Refaeli following Gisele.

2. Laetitia Casta

Easily one of the most iconic faces in the history of Victoria’s Secret. Casta has been on the cover of more than 100 magazines and has been featured in Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, and XOXO campaigns.

1. Heidi Klum

A lot of debate went into this ranking, but when the dust settled we had to name Heidi Klum the hottest Victoria’s Secret model of all time. In all fairness however, any of the top seven would have fit, and I’m sure arguments could be made for many of the other girls in this list. In the end though, it has to be Klum. She’s managed to stay at peak hotness for something like fifteen years now, and for that alone she deserves the top spot.

Top 10 Young Famous Writers Who Died Young

Even though these writers died too young, it cannot be ignored that they were great in their field. They all died before their 40th birthday and left behind a remarkable legacy.

1. Stephen Crane

Stephen Crane was multi-talented and tried his hand at writing short-stories, novels and poetry. He wrote books like The Red Badge of Courage and Maggie: A Girl of the Streets. Crane dropped out of college and did odd jobs in order to support his literary career. He died at age 29.

2. Anne Brontë

This author wrote Agnes Grey and her siblings were Charlotte and Emily Bronte. She worked with her sisters briefly and took up different jobs from 1839 through 1845. Anne contracted tuberculosis in 1848 and died at age 29.

Denton Welch was both a novelist and a painter who wrote In Youth Is Pleasure and Maiden Voyage in 1944 an 1943 respectively. He was seriously injured in 1935 after which he found it difficult to function normally. However, he continued writing and painting till he died at age 33.

4. Raymond Radiguet

Raymond Radiguet was a poet and novelist who wrote an extraordinary book called Le Diable au corps at 17. He became Jean Cocteau’s protégé soon after. Unfortunately, the young boy got addicted to alcohol and died of typhoid at age 20.

5. John Kennedy Toole

Toole is remembered for A Confederacy of Dunces which remained unpublished while he was alive. After he committed suicide, his mother took the manuscript to Walker Percy who sent it to a publishing house almost instantly. He won the Pulitzer Prize in 1981- 12 years after his death.

6. Thomas Chatterton

Chatterton revived the “Gothic” style of writing and was the youngest at the time to do so. He had a hard childhood but soon realized his love for writing and engrossed himself in his intellect. He refused to eat after a particular point in his life and died in 1770 at age 17.

7. Alain-Fournier

Alain Fournier wrote Le Grand Meaulnes in 1913 which went on to become a modern classic. This was the only book he could manage to complete and it is laced with nostalgia that has an otherworldly quality to it. The plot is set against a rural background and makes it clear that the writer longed to live in a different kind of world. He died at age 27.

8. Sylvia Plath

Sylvia Plath is remembered for her extraordinary poetry which was laced with dark elements such as self-destruction, alienation and death. She won a number of contests and her poems were published in several magazines. Even though Plath was extremely successful, she was relentlessly depressed and killed herself by sticking her head in an oven at age 30.

9. Emily Brontë

Top 10 Social Bookmarking Sites for All Time

There are a lot of new sites and marketing efforts these days. Many of these sites are on-line and have just came about in the last two to three years.  However, a few of these sites are gaining popularity much faster than others, yet some of the sites have more impact than others.  The following are our top 10 social marketing sites on the web today, and what to know about social marketing about how they perform.  They are not in any particular order.

Top 10 Social Marketing Sites:

   1. Facebook – Not the biggest yet, but just about there.  The audience is a little more mature and there are limitations to the customization, but the site is easy to use and growing every day.

   2. Myspace - Still the largest social site on the web, but it quickly losing ground to Facebook.  The site has a younger audience and allows for more customization, but it’s harder to find things because content is all over the place.

   3. Twitter – This is by far the fastest growing social site on the web. There is limited things you can do, but the audience is growing and there are lots of new opportunities to gain more expsoure on it.

   4. Digg - This is a great site and one that has a big audience, but also has some good SEO value.  A good Digg page can rank really high on the search engines and push a lot of traffic.

   5. Mixx- This social site has many features in it and combines services like that of Digg, Twitter, and Facebook all into one site. It has  a good audience and is growing so the traffic is good and there is someSEO value on the main engines just like Digg.

   6. Youtube – This is one of the biggest social sites on the web, but is mostly for video. However, there is a social aspect to the site and it does have someSEO value on it.  Make a video, get traffic and a back-link so I think its worth mentioning here.

   7. Delicious – This site doesn’t have as much direct traffic value, but it’s good for SEO and a lot of ranking services will use this site as a benchmark, so it’s worth being on there.

   8. Yahoo Buzz - This is Yahoo’s attempt at Digg and it’s a really good site with lots of SEO value on it. The site gets good traffic and can push some hits back to the source site so it’s good to submit here as well.

   9. Vox - This is another hybrid site that tries to combine multiple social services.  The site has a good audience but not as active as some other sites. There isn’t much SEO on the links but there are some so it’s a good site to be apart of.

  10. Ning - Create a social community. This site has some SEO value but is more for self social creation and makes it easy to make a custom social site.  Make a community, submit content, get someSEO value of it.

Top 10 Highest Paid Footballers : 2010 World Cup

Money talks, as the old saying goes. Not literally, of course (not unless you're using that money to pay for something untoward), but figuratively — especially when it comes to influencing what other people may or may not do for it.

That is certainly true in football, where — like it or not — money seems to be the universally accepted barometer of success. You're getting paid well? You're a great player. And even if you're not actually a great player, well, at least you are still getting paid well.

1. Lionel Messi
Barcelona & Argentina
£29.6m

Like Danny Devito in the early 90s, Messi may be small but he’s still going to cost you a lot of money. With David Beckham out injured, the stage was left clear for young Leo to be the highest-paid player on show in South Africa — and not just the best. The Ballon d’Or winner has recently signed a mammoth contract extension at Barca, reportedly pushing his weekly pay beyond the £200,000pw mark, and he is heavily sought after when it comes to endorsing anything from boots (Adidas) to video games (Pro Evo). Guapa.

2. Cristiano Ronaldo
Real Madrid & Portugal
£27m

Perma-tans need constant re-application, and you’d be amazing how quickly package-hugging briefs wear out. Fortunately for ‘CR9’, he earns more than enough from his day job, let alone his endorsements, to keep himself in both — and even has money left over to apply copious amounts of wet-look hair gel. Earning near £200,000-a-week before his Nike-led sponsorship deals, his virtually limitless marketing potential will only see his value grow over the coming years. Watch out, David Beckham.

3. Kaka
Real Madrid & Brazil
£16.9m

He may belong to Jesus, but Kaka’s money is all his own — except, that is, when he donates huge chunks of it to deserving causes. The Brazilian has never opted to fully capitalise on his marketing potential, but earns great money for doing the thing he does best — playing football. The world's most expensive player for almost a week, he is still firmly among its highest paid.

4. Thierry Henry
Barcelona & France
£16.1m

Renault Clio adverts evidently pay very well these days. Henry is reportedly on his last legs at Camp Nou (almost literally), with his lucrative contract set to be offloaded in the summer, and will likely be consigned to a bench role in South Africa. But for now, his bank account still screams Va Va Voom. US of A, here he comes.

5. Carlos Tevez
Manchester City & Argentina
£13.8m

Tall, dark, handsome — unfortunately Tevez only ticks one of those boxes. But what he lacks on paper he makes up for, well, in paper. Not the first recipient of City’s recently-found largesse, he has certainly been the biggest benefactor to date. He may be looked down on when his international team-mates discuss the Champions League over the next few weeks, but he’ll be one of the clear king-pins when it comes to the poker games.
6. Frank Lampard
Chelsea & England
£12.8m

At the ripe old age of 32, Lampard is still pulling in the big bucks — with little sign of slowing down any time soon. Pepsi and Adidas give him some walking-around money, but it is on the pitch he really earns his corn. Trophies on his shelf and a trophy girlfriend on his arm (except, in a twist on the normal scenario, one with a very successful and respectable career of her own) you could say the East End lad has done good.
7. Samuel Eto’o
Inter & Cameroon
£12.4m

Of all the people laughing at Zlatan Ibrahimovic this summer, Eto’o might be laughing the loudest — and longest. He isn’t quite as well paid as the Swede with whom he swapped clubs last summer, but he has a Champions League title and World Cup appearance to celebrate a year later. Ibra has neither.

8. John Terry
Chelsea & England
£10m

JT’s many endorsements help him to this list, but they’ve dried up pretty quickly after his recent well-documented ... transgressions. But he still picks up a hefty wage packet at the end of every week from the Blues (reportedly around £180,000), a sum increased only last summer as a reward for seriously entertaining Manchester City’s oil wealth. Football truly is a generous game.

9. Steven Gerrard
Liverpool & England
£9m

Loyalty has its rewards, and Gerrard has earned handsomely through remaining faithful to his boyhood club. Endorsements built on that clean-cut image boost his overall earnings — that night-club brawl seems to be long forgotten — but will more failure with England in the summer see him fancy a (lucrative) summer move to Real Madrid?

10. Xavi
Barcelona & Spain
£8.5m per annum

The low-key, high-class midfield maestro earns a solid basic wage in the region of £6.5m per year (£125,000pw), topped up with the obligatory collection of endorsements and bonuses. Which, if you play for Barcelona, you tend to get a lot of. But rumours that he is fined for every misplaced pass he makes, encouraging his high completion rate, are apparently untrue.
